The specification does not pick a winner

Both watches use Seiko calibre 4R35 with automatic and manual winding, stop-seconds, a date display, 23 jewels and approximately 41 hours of power reserve. Both also use a box-shaped Hardlex crystal, have 5-bar water resistance, 4,800 A/m magnetic resistance and a see-through screw case back.

That leaves the wearing format as the meaningful difference. The bracelet makes HCB010 more visually and physically substantial. HCB011 should feel lighter and less uniform, although leather is also the less carefree choice around water and heavy heat.
