What that means
- Every watch arrives in its original manufacturer packaging with the warranty card, manual, and any accessories the brand includes
- International warranty pieces are claimable at any authorised service centre worldwide
- Local warranty pieces are serviced in Sharjah by our team
- We do not sell replicas, fakes, refurbished pieces, modded watches, or watches with aftermarket parts represented as original
Our promise
If any watch you buy from Wristbear is found to be inauthentic by the manufacturer or a recognised independent watchmaker, we will:
- Issue a full refund, including all shipping costs, within 7 business days of confirmation
- Cover the cost of independent verification
- Investigate the source and remove the supplier from our chain
This guarantee is permanent. No time limit.
How to verify your watch
- Match the serial number on the case-back to the warranty card
- Check the brand's official warranty register (Seiko, Citizen, and Orient all offer this online)
