We ship from our shop in Sharjah, UAE. Orders placed before 5 PM UAE time (GST) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times are business-day estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance for international orders can add 1–5 business days beyond the courier's estimate.

  • Standard UAE delivery on orders under AED 200: charged at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery within the UAE: AED 10 fee added to your order
  • GCC and international: rates calculated at checkout

Couriers we use

We work with Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and trusted local UAE partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on destination and weight; you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

Important notes

  • Sunday pickups: local couriers don't collect on Sundays, so Saturday orders may dispatch the following Monday
  • Public holidays: no dispatch on UAE public holidays
  • Customs duties (international): import duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged in your destination country are the customer's responsibility. Wristbear is not responsible for parcels held in customs or refused by the recipient
  • Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a parcel has been picked up, we cannot reroute it. Re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional fee

Order tracking

Your tracking number is emailed and SMS'd when your order ships. Log in to your Wristbear account at any time to see order status, or message us on WhatsApp for an update.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window plus 3 business days, email info@wristbear.com or WhatsApp us. We'll trace the parcel with the courier and resolve within 48 hours.
