We want you to love your watch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 7 days from the day you receive your watch to request a return.
Conditions for a return
To be eligible, the watch must be:
- Unworn — no scratches, scuffs, or sizing-link marks on the bracelet
- In its original packaging — box, manual, warranty card, and all accessories
- Undamaged — no signs of misuse, water exposure, or unauthorised servicing
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items not eligible for return
- Watches that show any sign of wear
- Watches with missing accessories, packaging, or warranty cards
- Watches damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked as final-sale on the product page
- Gift cards
- Battery replacements or service work already completed
Restocking fee for refused or unclaimed deliveries
If a parcel is shipped and the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or fails to claim the parcel within the courier's holding period, a restocking fee of AED 50 or 5% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted from any refund.
Who pays return shipping
Wristbear covers return shipping within the UAE. When you request a return, we'll arrange courier pickup at no cost to you. For international returns, we'll discuss the most cost-effective option case-by-case.
How to start a return
- Email info@wristbear.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery
- We'll arrange the courier pickup (UAE) or send return instructions (international)
- Once received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we'll process your refund — see Refund Policy
If the returned watch doesn't meet the return conditions
If the watch comes back worn, damaged, or with missing parts, we'll contact you with photos and either ship it back to you at your cost, or deduct a fair amount from the refund — your choice.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, here's how your refund works.
Refund method
You can choose:
- Original payment method — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or bank transfer
- Store credit — issued as a Wristbear gift card, valid for 12 months, no minimum spend
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as bank transfer (we'll request your IBAN) or store credit.
Refund timing
- Inspection of returned item: within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund issued by us: within 5 business days of inspection approval
- Time to reach your account:
- Card refunds: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
- Store credit: immediate
- Tabby/Tamara: handled by the provider's standard refund process, typically 5–10 business days
What's refunded
- The full purchase price of the returned watch
- VAT paid on the returned watch
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival, etc.)
- Return shipping cost is covered by Wristbear (see Return Policy)
Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply if:
- The watch is returned worn, scratched, or with missing accessories — we'll deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value (after photos and your agreement)
- A restocking fee applies (refused/unclaimed delivery)
If you don't see your refund
First check with your bank — refunds often take longer than charges to post. If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and nothing has appeared, email info@wristbear.com with your order number.
