Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wristbear.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Wristbear is operated by Silver Palace Trading Co. LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Sharjah, UAE, trade licence 123484.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to enter a binding contract under UAE law.
2. Products and pricing
- All product descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided in good faith and based on the manufacturer's stated specifications
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings
- All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price (we'll always refund in full if we do)
- Stock availability is updated in real time but errors can occur. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you within 24 hours and either substitute (with your consent) or refund
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send order confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or unusually large quantities
- Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer if dispatched — but you may return under our Return Policy
4. Payment
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
- Tabby and Tamara — Buy Now, Pay Later (split payment)
- Bank transfer (on request)
- Cash on Delivery within the UAE (AED 10 fee)
Payment must clear before dispatch. For bank transfers and COD, we may hold the order until payment is verified.

If you create a Wristbear account:
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- You agree to provide accurate, current information
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms
8. Intellectual property
All text, photos, logos, and graphics on wristbear.com are the property of Silver Palace Trading Co. LLC unless attributed otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Brand names and trademarks (Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Pagani Design, Casio, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we sell.
9. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Resell our products while presenting yourself as an authorised dealer of those brands without our written permission
10. Disclaimers
- The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by UAE law
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free
- We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, courier strikes, customs delays, etc.)
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Wristbear and Silver Palace Trading Co. LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless mandatory UAE consumer protection law gives the customer the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at wristbear.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
