How Wristbear verifies authenticity
Wristbear represents every watch it sells as brand-new and authentic. Watches are supplied with the original manufacturer packaging, warranty card, manual and the accessories included by the brand. Wristbear does not represent replicas, refurbished watches, modified watches or aftermarket parts as original products.
- The watch reference, serial information and supplied documentation are checked against the product ordered.
- Customers can compare the case-back serial information with the warranty card and use any official brand warranty-registration service available for the model.
- A customer who has a concern can contact Wristbear for verification support.

Warranty coverage is subject to the conditions and exclusions in the complete policy. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, cosmetic wear and exposure beyond a watch’s stated water resistance are not treated as manufacturing defects.

Seven-day return summary
A return must be requested within seven days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its original box, manual, warranty card, accessories and proof of purchase. Wristbear arranges UAE return collection at no cost for eligible returns.
Final-sale items, gift cards, completed service work and watches showing wear or post-delivery damage are excluded. Refused or unclaimed deliveries may incur a restocking deduction of AED 50 or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher.
