Orders placed before 5 PM UAE time, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Standard UAE delivery takes 1–3 business days and is free over Dhs. 200. UAE express delivery is next day for Dhs. 30, or within 6 hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for Dhs. 40, chosen at checkout.

Yes, to the GCC and worldwide. International delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. It can take longer during global shipping disruptions, and customs clearance can add time. Rates are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included; they are set by your country and paid by you on delivery.

You can return a watch within 7 days from delivery. Unworn, in original packaging with box, manual, warranty card and accessories. Return shipping: Covered by WristBear within the UAE. We inspect returns within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days of approval. See the Return and Refund Policy.

Yes. Every watch is brand-new and genuine, in its original box with the warranty card and manual. Pagani Design watches are covered by a local warranty from WristBear; every other brand we sell is supplied by the brand itself. We never sell replicas, fakes, or refurbished pieces as new, and our Authenticity Guarantee gives a full refund, shipping included, if a watch is ever shown not to be genuine.

It depends on the brand. Seiko, Citizen and Orient: 3-year international warranty. Casio: 1-year international warranty. These are claimable at the brand's authorised service centres. Chairman and Tristar: 1-year manufacturer warranty. Pagani Design: 1-year local warranty handled by WristBear in Sharjah. Each product page shows the warranty for that watch, and the full terms are in our Warranty Policy.
