CB1140-79L is the thinnest option

ES9510-65L keeps the theme compact
The 25mm Exceed ES9510-65L uses Calibre H060, a spherical sapphire crystal and ten diamonds around the blue dial. It is 8.4mm thick, rated to 5 bar and limited to 500 pieces. Citizen Japan lists it at JPY 176,000 including tax.
BY1000-69L is the technical pick
The Attesa BY1000-69L is the largest watch here at 41.5 × 10.8mm. Calibre H874 adds day-date, radio-controlled world time and an automatic moon-phase display with northern and southern hemisphere settings. It is rated to 10 bar, limited to 2,400 pieces worldwide and listed at JPY 170,500.
ES9491-50L is the smaller Attesa partner
The 27mm xC ES9491-50L shares Calibre H060 with the smaller Exceed, but its dial is tied visually to the Attesa through a lighter blue finish and three lab-grown diamonds. The 8.2mm case is rated to 5 bar. Citizen limits it to 1,300 pieces worldwide and lists it at JPY 121,000.
