Every watch sold by Wristbear comes with the original manufacturer warranty card and is covered as follows:

What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Movement faults under normal use
- Original components that fail prematurely
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorised modification
- Damage from exposure beyond the watch's stated water resistance
- Battery replacement (after first year)
- Crystal scratches, strap or bracelet wear, and other cosmetic wear
- Loss or theft
- Repairs performed by anyone other than Wristbear or an authorised service centre
After-warranty service
We offer paid servicing for all watch brands, including:
- Battery replacement
- Movement service for automatics
- Crystal replacement
- Crown and stem replacement
- General refurbishment
- Strap and bracelet fitting (free for Wristbear customers)
- Gift wrapping (complimentary on every order)

How to start a warranty or service claim
- Email info@wristbear.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, watch model, and a description of the issue
- We'll respond within one business day with next steps
- Ship the watch to us (or bring it in to Silver Palace Perfumes and Watches, Hoshi, Sharjah)
- We'll diagnose, repair under warranty if applicable, or send you a quote for paid service
