About this watch
The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX-H5600-1D is the first G-LIDE with a heart rate monitor, combining smartphone connectivity with a lightweight see-through design built for life on land and in the water. The black bio-based resin case and band keep the look clean and sporty, while the high-resolution Memory-in-Pixel LCD shows tide graphs, workout data and time with excellent clarity. It is made for surfers, runners and active people who want one tough watch for training, beach days and everyday wear.
The Casio Module 3586 pairs an optical heart rate sensor with an accelerometer for multi-sport training, step counting, cardio load and active time. Sleep measurement, blood oxygen readings and guided breathing exercises support recovery. Via Bluetooth and the CASIO WATCHES app you get notifications, training and sleep analysis, GPS distance correction and tide graph settings for around 3,300 points. The watch also offers moon data, sunrise and sunset times, world time in 38 zones, a stopwatch, a timer, a smart alarm and vibration alerts. It charges by USB with solar assistance, lasting about one month in watch mode.
The shock-resistant case measures 51.1 x 44.5 x 17.3 mm and weighs just 47 g, impressively light for a watch with this many sensors. It is made from bio-based carbon and bio-based resin, a material choice expected to help reduce environmental impact, with mineral glass and a bio-based resin band that fits wrists from 145 to 215 mm. Water resistance is 200 meters (20 ATM), suitable for swimming, surfing and water sports. It arrives in special G-LIDE packaging.
The Casio G-Shock G-Lide GBX-H5600-1D offers heart rate tracking, tide data and smart connectivity in a light, rugged G-SHOCK.
