This is a colour-and-wearing-style release rather than five different technical propositions. Citizen Hong Kong lists every reference with Calibre 8229, a 40mm steel case, 10.7mm thickness, sapphire glass, an open-heart dial, a transparent case back and 5-bar water resistance.

The leather pair: copper or silver
NH9138-07X combines the warm copper dial with brown leather. NH9138-15A is the cleaner option, pairing a silver dial and blue hands with black leather. Both weigh 73g, making them the lighter choices in the line.
The bracelet trio: silver, blue or two-tone brown
NH9138-82A keeps the palette neutral with a silver dial and bracelet. NH9138-82L swaps in a blue dial without changing the steel case and bracelet. NH9139-80X is the decorative outlier, using a brown dial with silver and rose-gold-colour plating. All three weigh 129g.

Buyer split Choose leather for the lighter 73g setup and bracelet for the more substantial 129g feel. Within those groups, the movement and dimensions do not change, so colour is the honest deciding factor.
Verdict: decide by band first
Start with the band. The leather references are substantially lighter and look more dress-focused; the bracelet references have more visual and physical presence. After that, there is no hidden technical winner. Pick the copper NH9138-07X for warmth, the silver NH9138-15A or NH9138-82A for restraint, the blue NH9138-82L for the easiest everyday colour, or the NH9139-80X if the two-tone finish is the point.
