Quick take: Citizen has quietly made the affordable automatic end of its catalogue more interesting. The new NH8410 and NH8414 line is a four-watch, 40mm Calibre 8200 family with textured dials, day-date displays and transparent casebacks. Sensible specs, but not boring specs.
Citizen Hong Kong currently lists four models as new: the cream-dial, brown-leather NH8410-08B; black-dial steel-bracelet NH8410-59E; teal-dial NH8410-59X; and the two-tone, gold-plated NH8414-58B. That is enough variation to make this feel like a real line rather than one watch in four shades of indecision.
The shared mechanical formula
Every official Hong Kong listing uses Citizen’s Calibre 8200 automatic movement inside a 40mm stainless-steel case that is 11.6mm thick. You get crystal glass, 5-bar water resistance, day and date, plus the transparent caseback. They are straightforward daily automatics, and that is the appeal.

There is talk of a white NH8410-59A through Citizen China reporting, but Citizen Hong Kong has not officially listed it alongside these four.
