This is G-SHOCK returning to its original 1983 design, rebuilt for 2023. It keeps what made the original work the stainless steel case, the original band shape, even the dimple pattern then swaps in current Casio tech for better performance.
The case is 42.3 mm (up from 41.6 mm on the original), so it feels closer to modern watches without losing the DNA. The resin bezel and band are now bio-based, cutting down on plastic waste. Everything else—the proportions, the band length, the position of every detail - is pulled straight from the original.
